You will get access to each of our live instructor led online classes. After each session, we give you the ability to revisit and access each course recordings up to one year after enrolling for the course.

How do I enroll in the course?

You can enroll for a course on our website and make an online payment using any of the following options:

  • Once payment is received you will automatically receive payment receipt and access information via email

Where and how can I access the course learning content?

Once you register for a course by paying the course fee, you will have 24/7 accesses to the each of the class recordings and training contents through our training platform. An automated course purchase confirmation email will guide you through the process.

I am not able to access the online course, whom do I contact for a solution?

Do you provide a course fee refund guarantee?

Yes. We provide a three-day money-back guarantee for our courses. Refer to our “Refund Policy” and submit refund requests via our Help & Support by sending email to support@spectraglobaltech.com

Is the exam fee for Certification included with this course?

No, it isn’t. You have to register for the respective certification exam separately with the appropriate certification governing bodies.

Cancellation & Refunds

For Instructor Led Online Training:

Raise refund request within 3 days of commencement of the first batch you attended. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has attended more than 3 online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day.

However, no refund will be provided if you raise a request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course and if you have attended more than 3 classes or received the online class recordings for more than 3 classes.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

Spectra Global Tech, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a class, or change the timings of a batch because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

  • In case Ultilearn Solutions cancels a batch due to the above events, a maximum of 100% refund will be paid to the learner.
  • If a learner does a cancellation within 7 days of class commencement due to the above events, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the learner.
  • If a learner does a cancellation after 7 days (or more) after the start of a batch, no refunds will be made.

Refunds: Duplicate paymentRefund of the duplicate payment made by the learner will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 2 weeks post intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Spectra Global Tech.
